We have a team of experienced trainers onsite to help you through every stage of your CrossFit training. Our coaches are CrossFit L1 and L2 certified, holding qualifications in personal training, group fitness, gymnastics, weightlifting and first aid. Always ready to motivate and offer advice, our team will motivate and train you to get in the greatest shape of your life!
Stu is the owner & director of CrossFit Cranbourne. He has eight years experience as a CrossFit coach with a professional background in Personal Training and sporting background in Aussie Rules football. He brings 11 years experience as a Personal Trainer to the box, plus Stu holds a CrossFit Level 2 trainer qualification as well as CrossFit Gymnastics, CrossFit Weightlifting & a Bachelor Degree in Sports Development.
Shannon Discovered CrossFit in 2014 and never looked back. When she first discovered CrossFit at Cranbourne she was instantly hooked and went on to gain a CrossFit Level 1 trainer qualification soon after, and is now currently studying a Bachelors Degree in Sport Science & Psychological Studies. Shannon believes in motivation and teamwork and knows that your starting fitness level is only the beginning of your journey.
Emre is more than just a great fitness coach, his values as a human being are something to be admired and they inspire others on the daily. No problem is too big, he is more than happy to go out of his way for others and he is incredibly generous with his time if it means he can make a difference in someone else’s life.
Kristie is our Operations & Member Services Manager. She has over 6 highly successful years in the fitness industry, transforming lives in the gym with her powerful traits as a coach and mentor. Her fitness and nutrition knowledge combined with her amazing ability to nurture and care for members makes her an absolute asset to our gym.
Ashlee found CrossFit in 2011. Before finding CrossFit she was an elite gymnast, and has coached gymnastics for over eight years. Ash believes that CrossFit can be fun for all ages and is incredibly passionate about helping people achieve their goals and aspirations. Not only does Ash love coaching and teaching CrossFit to everyday people, she is one incredible athlete and has competed at the highest level of CrossFit competition in the Pacific, winning a second place finish with her team in 2016.
George is the Saturday workout KING! George’s wealth of experience in group fitness and his laid back personality make for THE MOST enjoyable workouts for your Saturday mornings. George has been involved in the fitness industry for over 10 years, his philosophy to enjoy the process shines through in his coaching and makes him a much loved member of our coaching crew.
